Vermont Professional Learning Network (VT PLN) is facilitating a collaborative learning group on August 16-17, 2017 at Lake Region High School in Orleans, Vermont. The goal of the group is to come to a common understanding about the role of performance assessment in personalized, proficiency-based education. The two days will be steeped in design as teams of administrators and teacher leaders develop products and processes that will be shared with the group. Examples of products might be specific performance assessments, student-designed learning projects, learning progressions, system development, or rubrics.
